The content and presentation of the competitors’ files must comply with the provisions of the consultation regulations and articles 27, 28, 29 and 31 of the company’s procurement rules, available on: www.agadirmobilite.ma
Competitors must submit their files electronically via the public procurement portal.
The supporting documents to be provided are those specified in Article 10 of the consultation regulations.
The technical documents required under Article 15 of the RC must be submitted to office No. 21, 2nd Floor, IGOUDAR Building, Avenue des FAR – Agadir no later than 09 June 2025 before 12:00.
