Ministry of the Interior
The Ministry of the Interior, through the Urban and Interurban Road Transport Reform Support Fund (FRAT) and the General Directorate of Territorial Authorities (DGCT), plays a key role in facilitating the development of transport infrastructure across Morocco.
Its strategic support ensures that projects led by GAMDU comply with international standards and contribute to the promotion of sustainable urban mobility.

Souss-Massa Region
As a regional authority, the Souss-Massa Region plays an active role in driving regional development.
Its involvement in Agadir Mobilité aims to improve both urban and interurban transport networks and enhance accessibility for all citizens, in line with a broader vision of equitable and sustainable territorial growth.

Commune of Agadir
The Commune of Agadir is a key stakeholder within the Local Development Company Agadir Mobilité (SDL GAMDU), playing a pivotal role in the development of the Urban Mobility Plan for Greater Agadir.
Through its engagement, the Commune is committed to modernizing transport infrastructure and improving urban mobility, contributing to a better quality of life for residents and to the sustainability of the city.

Urban and Interurban Road Transport Reform Support Fund (FRAT)
Established in 2007, the Urban and Interurban Road Transport Reform Support Fund provides financial support to projects aimed at improving the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of road transport services in Morocco.
As a partner in the first AmalWay BRT line in Agadir, the fund contributes to financing the project, servicing the debt, and covering initial operating deficits, thereby playing a crucial role in the success of this strategic endeavor.

Group of Territorial Authorities – Greater Agadir
The Group of Territorial Authorities of Greater Agadir brings together several municipalities in the region with the aim of coordinating their efforts for local development.
It works to improve public services, particularly in the areas of transport and infrastructure, by leading large-scale regional projects that serve the needs and well-being of citizens.
