A public session will be held on the date and time below, in the meeting room of the Local Development Company Grand Agadir for Mobility and Urban Transport, at offices No 20-21-22, 2nd Floor, IGOUDAR Building, Avenue des FAR, Agadir, for the opening of the bids for the open call for tenders based on price offers for the execution of:

Bid opening date: April 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
The tender documents must be downloaded from the public procurement portal: www.marchespublics.gov.ma.
The content and format of the competitors’ files must comply with the consultation regulations and Articles 27, 28, 29 and 31 of the company’s procurement regulations. These regulations can be downloaded from the company’s website www.agadirmobilite.ma.
Competitors may:
- Send by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the General Manager of SDL Grand Agadir for mobility and urban transport S.A, at the following address: No 22, 2nd Floor, IGOUDAR Building, Avenue des FAR – Agadir;
- Submit in person with acknowledgment at the Administrative and Financial Department, office No. 20, 2nd Floor, IGOUDAR Building, Avenue des FAR – Agadir;
- Hand over to the President of the Tender Committee at the beginning of the session and before the opening of the bids;
- Submit electronically via the public procurement portal www.marchespublics.gov.ma.
Supporting documents to be provided are those specified in Article 13 of the consultation regulations.
