Objectives of the Study

• Support the launch of the first BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) line by implementing a complementary and efficient bus network.
• Improve service coverage across the territory through an enhanced public bus offering.
• Support urban development projects within the region.
• Enhance complementarity between various transport modes, especially between buses and Grand Taxis.

For Bus Services:

• Bus Line Surveys
• Origin-Destination Surveys
• Boarding and Alighting Counts (passenger flow)
• Passenger entry/exit counts at all termini
• Travel Time Measurements

For Grand Taxis:

• Origin-Destination Surveys
• Boarding and Alighting Counts at the 8 main Grand Taxi stations
